Thank you for your booking/enquiry.  Please contact the Cowra Japanese Garden on Ph: (02) 6341 2233 to discuss your wedding booking details.  All catering details need to be discussed and arranged with the Restaurant supervisor on Ph: (02) 6342 5222.

o            Marquee Wedding  $550.00 incl. GST

Cost includes: Site fee, photography fee and free entry for up to 100 guests (guest list is required prior to the wedding).

Marquees to be set up the previous day and removed by midday the following day, or an extra charge will be incurred

A security guard is required on the premises from 10.30pm until all guests have vacated the premises.  This is the responsibility of the party hiring the site in the Garden

o I am aware that it is warranted that the hiring party must organise their own insurance arrangements.  The Cowra Japanese Garden (CJG) accepts no liability for injury or damage caused by acts or omissions by persons other than CJG, its servants and agents.  No policy of insurance held by CJG protects or indemnifies persons other than CJG, its servants and agents for acts or omissions causing injury or loss.

 

 

o            Ceremony $250.00 incl. GST

Price includes entry for wedding party, maximum 50 guests and site hire for photographs

Chairs are available for hire at $1 per chair, however it is the responsibility of the party to arrange seating placement

o            Photographs $65.00 incl. GST

Price includes entry for the wedding party only and the photographer

Photographs taken outside of normal trading hours (8.30am – 5pm) will incur an extra charge of $30.00 an hour. This needs to be pre arranged with management upon confirming your booking

 

Please note:

A deposit of 25% is required on booking, this fee is non refundable and full payment is required within 48 hours prior to the wedding.  Cancellations are non-refundable.
